Coach's Oats Oatmeal Waffle

Grab a bag of Coach's Oats® Oatmeal, a few ingredients and your waffle iron! This recipe yields hearty homemade oatmeal waffles perfect for a weekend breakfast.



Ingredients:
3 cups flour
1 1/2 cups Coach's Oats®
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2 1/4 cups milk
3/4 cup butter, melted
4 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine flour, Coach's Oats®, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, butter, brown sugar and vanilla.
3. Combine wet and dry ingredients; stir until blended.
4. Pour mixture into waffle maker and cook to manufacturer's instructions.
