Multi-Use for our Multigrain Pancake Mix


We’re sure you’ve seen the news. Our Multigrain Pancake Mix is available to purchase online again. In honor of that great news, here is a spin on the traditional pancake.

Multigrain Mixture of Pancake Muffins

·         2 cups Coach’s Oats® Multigrain Pancake Mix

·         1 ⅓ cups milk (soy, cow, rice, etc.)

·         Toppings of your choice

Preheat oven to 350°.

In a bowl whisk together pancake mix and milk. Pour into a greased muffin tin. Top each muffin cup with your favorite varieties. We used blueberries, dates, cranberries with walnuts, and bacon with maple syrup.

Bake for 15 minutes. Serve with your desired toppings, such as butter, maple syrup, honey, peanut butter; the options are endless! Print this recipe
